Provete)</author><description>Fits single-season occupancy models that correct for false
positives from automated detectors, such as acoustic
classifiers, using the multiple-methods (site-confirmation)
design of Miller et al. (2011) &lt;doi:10.1890/10-1396.1&gt;, in
which a subset of detections is verified. Models are written in
'Stan' and fitted through 'cmdstanr'. The false-positive rate
can be constant or depend on site covariates, and the
true-detection process accepts observation covariates and a
recorder random effect. The package also simulates data under
homogeneous, unstructured, and structured false-positive
regimes and runs simulation-based calibration checks, so users
can ask whether the correction keeps nominal interval coverage
for their own design and how much verification it needs.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/diogoprov/actions/runs/38866969841</link><pubDate>Fri, 16 Oct 2026 02:21:58 GMT</pubDate><r:package>crywolf</r:package><r:version>1.2.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://diogoprov.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/diogoprov/crywolf</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>curiango.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>curiango.html</r:filename><r:title>Case study: the Common Pauraque in the Pantanal</r:title><r:created>2026-10-15 02:44:05</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 11:22:46</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>calibration.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>calibration.html</r:filename><r:title>Checking calibration and how much to verify</r:title><r:created>2026-10-14 21:09:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 01:35:19</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>unmarked.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>unmarked.html</r:filename><r:title>Coming from unmarked::occuFP()</r:title><r:created>2026-10-15 05:06:37</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 05:06:37</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>crywolf.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>crywolf.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to crywolf</r:title><r:created>2026-10-14 21:09:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 02:21:58</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>simulation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>simulation.html</r:filename><r:title>Simulating false-positive regimes</r:title><r:created>2026-10-15 05:06:37</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 02:21:58</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>stan_model.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>stan_model.html</r:filename><r:title>The Stan model</r:title><r:created>2026-10-15 05:06:37</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 02:21:58</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
